Rules

• I will give you my email for exchange of references or ideas to help keep my commissions organized (PLEASE HAVE REFERENCES OR IDEAS READY!)• I will not tolerate any gross comments about the materials I draw for the client, or anything that will make me uncomfortable• I have the right to deny a commission of any kind• I have the right to display your work in my portfolio or online unless specified for commercial purposes• The client may post the artwork on their page and share it as long as the proper credit is given

Payment

Payment only through PayPal or Venmo• To secure your position in my work queue, you must submit half the payment as a deposit in which you will have to pay the rest in order to receive a commission.• WARNING: the more cancellations I get during the middle of a commission may change this and there might be a possibility that I will require the full price of a commission upfront• No refunds beyond sketches
• TIPS ARE APPRECIATED BUT NOT EXPECTED.

Process

•I work in order of my queue; the first person that has submitted payment will be worked on first•I start with sketches once payment is submitted, and will seek approval from the client before I continue•Once a piece is finished, a screenshot watermarked version will be sent to the person for approval•Once the final payment is submitted, a full resolution piece will be sent through email•If changes need to be changed, please inform me as soon as possible. For the first week it will be an addition $5 for time and beyond that can cost more depending on the details and time that needs to go in for it.

I, Vidjauser:• Can cancel a anytime throughout the commission for any reason
• Own any copyright of the artworks
• Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.
